Girls Night In Snacks: Lettuce Turkey Wraps

Snacking is one thing that really can make or break any diet. Without the right snacks on hand during a busy day we Curvy Cuties can find themselves reaching for unhealthy snack options. You don’t have to tell me how awesome chips are, cheetos are heaven sent and chocolate… they didn’t make Lust a Sin for no reason! However the healthier the snack, the easier it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here’s one awesome snack my friends and I made, lettuce wraps beat potato chips any day!

Things You’ll Need:

8 Pieces of Romaine Lettuce

1lb of Ground Turkey

1/2 small Onion

1 Ripe Avocado

2 Roma Tomatoes (or a handful of Grape Tomatoes)

1.5 tsp of Cumin

2 tblsp Lemon Juice

2 tblsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro

Salt & Pepper to taste
