For Foodie Friday I show you how to maintain clean eating for the week without meals getting boring! The key is to make several dished and mix and match to your liking. Weekly meal planning has always been my saving grace when it comes to eating and time management. If I’m too busy to cook I make bad choices. So I make sure to schedule in 1-2 hours one day a week to cook for the entire week, usually on a sunday. Weekly Meal planning is a great way to also incorporate a few different meals instead of the same old boring left overs. By mixing and matching pre-prepared foods you will never have a boring meal again.
