Weight Training for Curvy Girls

I am so excited to start Les Mills: Pump! This is a Weight Training based program that focuses on “The Rep Effect.”

The Rep Effect basically means more reps, less amount of time, more fat burned which is essential for Curvy Girl Weight Training. This is my first 30 day program, it’s really 90 day but I’m test driving it. I’m going to follow plan exactly as it is so that I can give you Cuties a real and honest review.

Paired with a healthy diet, I have a feeling this is going to whip my curves into some Serious Shape.
